Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the East Business Unit (NSW & ACT) & Asset Services, based at Ingleburn. You will partner with ELT and manage up to 25 stakeholders across 54 branches, enabling delivery of the HR & Safety Business Plan and the Coates Hire Strategy.

You will develop and interpret HR policies, advise on employment legislation, risk management and industrial relations, coach managers in change, and drive workforce planning and adaptable
