About the role

Reporting to the Functions & Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor leads front-of-house operations, supports and develops staff, and helps deliver outstanding service in a busy club workplace. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on team culture, customer experience and service standards.

What you bring

1-2yrs experience supervising teams in a busy hospitality environment

Food Safety Knowledge

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Eye for detail and presentation

Current RSA Certificate (RSG advantageous)
