About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Royal Vanities in Bayswater North, Victoria. This is a full time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business, showcasing our premium vanity and bathroom solutions to customers and converting their needs into sales.

What you'll be doing

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market and maintain existing customer relationships

- Present and demonstrate our premium bathroom products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits

- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations

- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales whilst maintaining profitability

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems





- Attend product training and stay updated on new offerings and industry trends

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a sales representative or sales consultant role, ideally within home improvement, bathroom fixtures, or a related industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers

- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- A consultative approach to sales that prioritises customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude

- Knowledge of bathroom design trends and vanity products is advantageous but not essential
