About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Sales Excellence Lead to help drive sales performance, field execution excellence and data-driven decision-making across our business.

Reporting to the Head of Category & Sales Excellence, you'll be responsible for sales reporting, analytics, CRM optimisation and field force effectiveness. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams, you'll transform data and strategic priorities into clear actions that drive execution and results in market.

You'll also play a key role in bringing our exciting Store of the Future strategy to life, helping ensure our sales teams have the tools, insights and visibility needed to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance sales dashboards, reporting and performance scorecards
- Deliver actionable insights to support commercial decision-making
- Own and optimise the Purveyance CRM platform




- Translate business priorities into clear field execution plans
- Monitor sales and field performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive CRM adoption, process improvements and system enhancements
- Support and lead key elements of our Store of the Future program
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category and external providers to maximise execution and performance

About You

You are analytical, commercially savvy and passionate about using data and technology to improve business performance.

You'll bring

- A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Analytics or a related discipline
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Business Analytics or similar roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Experience within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmacy or consumer goods industries, along with exposure to CRM platforms and syndicated data sources, will be highly regarded.
