We are looking for a driven and people-focused Sales Manager to join a premium health and lifestyle club. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves leading from the front, building solid relationships and driving sales results.

You will take ownership of the membership sales function, leading and developing the team to achieve sales targets and grow club membership. From implementing sales strategies to coordinating events and generating new business opportunities, you’ll play a key role in the club’s ongoing success.

Working closely with the Club General Manager and Group Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career within an established business.

About you:

- Proven sales management experience, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience leading and developing a team, with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Strong sales strategy and planning skills, including setting targets,



monitoring performance, and implementing initiatives to improve results.
- A proactive approach to business development, with the confidence to build relationships, generate new leads and convert opportunities into memberships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers, build rapport and create lasting relationships
