Key responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting with reception, bookings and phone enquiries
- Maintaining a clean, organised and beautifully presented salon
- Managing stock, deliveries and product replenishment
- Supporting our stylists with daily salon operations
- Ensuring every client enjoys a welcoming and professional salon experience
About you

- Willingness to learn
- Previous salon experience is a bonus but not essential
- Retail experience and customer service will help
