Signavio Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Signavio Project Manager to lead the technical installation, implementation and mobilisation of SAP Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe within a major government program.

This role requires someone who can drive the end-to-end technical implementation of these platforms, from initial setting setup and configuration through to integrations, testing and production go-live. You will coordinate technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure the platforms are successfully deployed and ready for use.

Initial 6-month daily rate contract with flexible working options, including 3 days in the office weekly.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical installation and implementation of SAP Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe, including environment setup, configuration, integrations, testing and production go-live.
- Develop and execute the technical mobilisation plan, covering platform installation, architecture, security, access management and technical dependencies.
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to manage implementation activities, resolve issues and deliver against agreed milestones.
- Oversee platform configuration, user provisioning, roles, permissions and access controls.
- Manage implementation risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring technical challenges are identified and resolved throughout the deployment.
- Coordinate technical testing, validation and readiness activities ahead of production go-live.




- Develop and execute a user onboarding strategy, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness activities.
- Design and deliver a pilot implementation with GRC Program users, ensuring the platforms are configured appropriately and users are prepared for adoption.
- Establish support processes, operational procedures and governance arrangements to facilitate the transition into ongoing operations.

About You

- Proven experience leading the technical installation or implementation of enterprise technology platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio implementation, including platform setup, configuration, integrations and deployment.
- Experience with one or more of SAP Signavio, LeanIX or WalkMe, ideally across multiple platforms.
- Understanding of technical environments, system integrations, security, access management and production go-live activities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing implementation plans, risks, dependencies, testing and deployment activities.
- Experience supporting user onboarding, training and adoption of new enterprise platforms.
- Government or large enterprise implementation experience will be highly regarded.
- Australian Citizenship is required for this Federal Government client.
