This is a senior role within the Tax and Accounting team to provide supervision and support for day-to-day business advisory, tax, and accounting services. The successful candidate will have some experience with more complex client work.

What You'll Do: Manage a portfolio of clients, review and prepare accounting deliverables, mentor junior team members, and provide guidance on complex accounting and tax matters while supporting team performance and compliance.

What You'll Bring:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation Law, or a relevant field

· CPA, CA (Chartered Accountant), or Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification preferred.





· 5+ years' experience in the Australian accounting industry

· Demonstrated experience managing a client portfolio across business advisory, tax, and accounting services

· Experience reviewing the work of junior or intermediate accounting staff considered highly desirable.

Desirable Skills: · Strong technical knowledge across accounting standards, tax compliance, and business advisory matters

· Advanced proficiency with accounting and tax software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, HandiTax)

· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues

· Developing leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior staff

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex matters clearly to clients

· Ability to manage multiple client engagements, deadlines, and review responsibilities simultaneously.
