The Opportunity An established engineering consultancy based in North Sydney is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its civil team.

This position would suit an engineer with around 7–10 years' experience who has developed strong technical capability and is now looking for greater responsibility across client management, project delivery and commercial aspects of engineering consultancy work.

Your New Role

Working across commercial development projects, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering civil engineering designs across commercial projects
- Managing projects and liaising directly with clients
- Preparing and managing fee proposals
- Responding to RFIs and coordinating with external stakeholders
- Coordinating with architects, developers and other engineering disciplines
- Reviewing designs and supporting junior engineers
- Helping maintain and develop long-term client relationships

What You'll Need to Succeed





You will ideally have:

- 7–10 years' civil engineering experience
- Strong Australian consultancy experience
- Experience delivering commercial development projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Experience preparing fee proposals and managing RFIs
- The ability to independently manage projects and competing deadlines
- Relevant Civil Engineering qualifications
