Role Description

- The Senior Digital Strategist is an experienced member of the Paid Media Strategy Team. They are extremely well-versed in driving SEM, and Paid Social marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, setting goals/KPI’s and constantly seeking ways to improve themselves, and assist their teammates. They are looked upon as a cornerstone of the Paid Media Strategy Team assisting in training the Digital and Junior Digital Strategists through providing insight and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Manage above $20K/month portfolio value
- Manage project based work, and consult with clients about their marketing strategy.
- Assists the Lead Digital Strategist & Marketing Director in lending their expertise and experience to the Digital Strategists & Junior Digital Strategists.
- Create case studies based on client campaigns, tests, or accounts/
- Project management of any additional required assets. e.g. Productions, creative briefs, landing pages, etc.
- Driving performance and growth across paid media platforms for their clients providing sound strategy and insights backed by data.




- Strategy setting throughout the onboarding process and planning the tactical implementation.
- Create, Optimise and Present, clear and detailed monthly reports on performance.
- Constantly seek knowledge about the Paid Media industry and stay-up-to-date with any major changes in the landscape to ensure your clients are informed and the Social X team is aware.
- Assist the Lead Digital Strategists & Marketing Director in improving processes, and driving standards.
- Client top line strategy and business development setting.
- Assisting with developing tailored ad copy with a transparent focus on the strategy, and messaging at each respective stage of the campaigns.
- Accountability for performance across all of your client accounts, maintaining Social X's professional standards.
- Managing the client relationship through day-to-day communication.
- Identifying areas of improvement and troubleshooting strategies/client accounts.
