About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled designer to take a pivotal role in transforming digital experiences. Imagine leading the visual refresh of core digital assets, bringing fresh, engaging experiences to life for a massive user base. You’ll be embedded within a dynamic agile squad, working hand-in-hand with front-end and CMS developers, becoming a key influencer in the digital evolution of a prominent institution.

While dedicated partner teams will provide foundational user research and Information Architecture updates, your expertise will be critical in seamlessly integrating stunning visual layouts into new structures, conducting essential usability testing, and pioneering creative concepts for future digital deliverables. What You’ll Do

- Lead the redesign of high-visibility web pages,



meticulously applying existing brand guidelines and design system components to ensure a cohesive and elevated user experience.

- Adapt design patterns and content layouts to flawlessly align with incoming Information Architecture refreshes, significantly enhancing navigability and user understanding.

- Engage in wireframing, prototyping, and conceptualizing groundbreaking digital solutions for complex requirements that extend beyond the current design system scope.

- Work daily within an integrated agile squad, partnering closely with CMS developers, front-end engineers, and product stakeholders to guarantee technical feasibility and impeccable execution of designs.

- Validate your design decisions through rigorous usability testing and effectively articulate your design rationale to diverse stakeholder groups, leveraging data and insights to guide conversations and build consensus.

Must-Have Qualifications

- An exceptional UI/Digital Portfolio showcasing clean, high-impact web pages and robust component systems.

- Practical, hands-on experience in wireframing, defining intuitive user flows, establishing clear layout hierarchy, and conducting impactful usability testing.

- Proficiency in working efficiently within mature UI kits and a proven ability to contribute valuable component enhancements to a design system.

- Comfort and extensive experience working collaboratively alongside CMS and front-end developers within an integrated squad workplace.

- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex ideas clearly, proactively gather constructive feedback, and confidently defend design decisions with data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
