FIRM This represents a rare opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. This firm has been in operation for many years and led by two down to earth Partners.
POSITION
Due to strong growth and the need to cater for succession planning, the position of Senior Manager has been created.
The role will involve
- Client relationship management
- Manage and mentor a motivated team
- Tax compliance and advisory projects
- New business development
CANDIDATE The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience working with complex clients
- Previous experience managing staff and outstanding leadership skills
- Extensive client relationship management experience
- Previous experience with new business development or a genuine passion to go out and win new work
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- A humble and down to earth personality.
