Responsibilities:
• Providing social and emotional support to residents.
• Fostering a positive environment around teamwork and resident satisfaction.
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
• Providing and monitoring the care of residents
• Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
• Undertaking clinical assessments of residents, reporting interventions and outcomes.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation as required.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident behaviour or physical condition.
• Liaising with medical practitioners,
pharmacists and other allied health services.
• Bringing your best self to the care of residents needs.
Qualified
Requirements:
• AHPRA Registration
• NDIS Worker Screener
• Working With Children Check
• Up to date CPR & First Aid
• Minimum 3 Covid shots
• Current Flu shot
