Aliaxis Australia seeks a Customer Service Officer to join our North Plympton team. You will be the first point of contact for distributor customers, processing orders, advising on pricing and delivery inquiries, and answering calls to provide solutions.
You will build robust relationships across Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance and Administration, maintain accurate records, and look for ways to improve efficiency while delivering excellent service in a manufacturing environment.
