A wonderful 3-star, 42-room motel in Biloela is looking for its next management team. The role involves providing first-class friendly and down-to-earth motel services to keep this classic motel running to its potential. Previous managers are retiring after 7 years.
Key responsibilities
- Manage motel operations including mix of rooms and cabins
- Oversee housekeeping team
- Pool maintenance
About you
- Experience with Guestpoint system a must
- Enthusiastic, capable and friendly
- Two-bedroom managers residence attached - pets considered
- Very capable housekeeping team in place (staff of 10 years plus)
- Groundsman 2 days a week to assist with grounds, mowing etc
- No restaurant
Remuneration package approx $140k-$180k. Salary, superannuation, 8 weeks annual leave and paid relief. Short or long term considered for the right fit.
