Are you an experienced customer service or sales professional looking to build a career in banking with one of Australia’s largest banks? We are currently recruiting a Personal Banking Advisor in Swan Hill, VIC. This is a varied, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

YOU | Bring strong customer service experience, confidence speaking with a wide range of customers and a genuine ability to build rapport. Experience in retail sales, consultative sales, hospitality, telecommunications, insurance, automotive, financial services or another rapid‑paced customer environment will be highly regarded. You will be comfortable asking questions, identifying opportunities to better support customers and having more detailed conversations about their banking needs.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills will see you thrive in this role. THE ROLE | As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will deliver a high level of customer service while supporting customers with a broad range of banking needs. You will take the time to understand each customer’s circumstances,



identify suitable solutions and help them make confident banking decisions.

- Provide personalised banking solutions across everyday banking, personal lending, credit cards, insurance and other relevant products.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and identify opportunities to proactively recommend suitable products and services.
- Assist with lending applications, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are accurately completed.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with specialist teams, including home lending, business banking and other areas of the bank.
