About the Role

Delta Recycling is seeking a reliable and adaptable Multiskilled Weighbridge Operator to join our team at our Brooklyn site.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy operational environment and is willing to get involved across different areas of the business.

Your primary responsibility will be operating the weighbridge, managing incoming and outgoing truck movements, processing dockets and completing associated administration. There will also be opportunities to assist with other site operations, including pugmill operation, excavator and front-end loader operation, and general site support, depending on your skills and experience.

Weighbridge experience is highly regarded but not essential. We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the weighbridge, accurately recording incoming and outgoing truck movements.
- Process weighbridge dockets, complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise professionally with truck drivers, customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day site coordination.
- Support site operations through relief duties and assistance across different operational areas.
- Where suitably experienced,



assist with pugmill, excavator and front-end loader operations.
- Follow company procedures and maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Identify and report operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

You are a practical, organised and adaptable individual who takes pride in your work and understands the importance of accurate record keeping and efficient site operations.

Previous weighbridge experience, including docket processing, will be highly regarded.

Experience in recycling, quarrying, construction materials or a similar industrial workplace will be advantageous.

Experience operating a pugmill, excavator or front-end loader will be an advantage but is not essential.
