St Mary Multicultural Early Learning Centres is a family-operated early learning service with boutique centres in Sydney. We are seeking a reliable and practical Part time Handyman / woman to support our two centres in Rhodes.

About the Role

You will help keep our centres safe, clean, and well-maintained so our educators and children can focus on learning and play. Hours are flexible and part-time (exact days/hours to be discussed).

Key Responsibilities

- General maintenance and minor repairs (fixing, plumbing, painting, doors, fixtures, outdoor equipment)
- Routine checks of buildings, playgrounds, and equipment
- Basic grounds keeping and outdoor tidiness
- Assisting with small fit-out or improvement jobs as needed
- Reporting larger issues to management
- Ensuring work is carried out safely around children and staff

What We’re Looking For

- Practical handyman / maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Comfortable working in a childcare environment (Working with Children Check required)
- Own basic tools preferred
- Flexible availability preferred

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
