Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Preston Fitzroy North

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Fitzroy North. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.




- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
