HALO is a new fire-focused Greek restaurant opening on Chapel Street this November.
Set across three levels with a rooftop terrace, HALO will bring together fire focused cooking and generous Greek hospitality set inside an iconic heritage building in the Windsor end of Chapel Street. We’re looking to build a foundation team to help create a polished and energetic restaurant from day one.
The opportunity
We are building an opening front-of-house and bar team including waitstaff, cocktail bartenders, hosts and floor supervisors.
You’ll work across our restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace, delivering service that is confident, attentive and naturally welcoming. Our approach is grounded in generous Greek hospitality: making guests feel looked after, sharing knowledge with ease and creating a place people want to return to.
HALO trades Wednesday to Sunday, giving our team two consecutive days off each week. Above award rates, generous discounts and flexibility to work across the venue.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a quality, high volume restaurant, wine bar or cocktail bar
- A current Victorian RSA
- Strong service instincts and the ability to read the room
- A genuine interest in Greek ingredients, food, wine and cocktails
- A calm, organised approach during busy service
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
