About the role
We are seeking a qualified and adaptable secondary teacher to deliver Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) and VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) learning, including VPC Art and Design.

Build trusting relationships with students and use positive behaviour support to encourage participation. Work with families, education support staff and wellbeing colleagues to strengthen attendance, engagement and learning. Uphold child safety, professional boundaries, duty of care and College policies.
Qualifications and capabilities

Culturally responsive teaching practice and experience supporting learners with diverse educational and language needs. Ability to develop individual learning goals, provide appropriate adjustments and support students who have disengaged from education. Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
Experience in specialist, versatile or alternative education settings,
and experience supporting migrant and refugee-background students, will be highly regarded.
