This is a full-time position with annual salary higher than $80,000.00 plus superannuation.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in:

· Leading and supporting the maintenance team to deliver safe, efficient and reliable maintenance outcomes.

· Promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with WHS, quality and environmental standards.

· Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and support operational performance.

· Assisting with maintenance planning,



scheduling and resource allocation.

· Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

· Managing stakeholder expectations through providing regular updates.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:

· The ability to foster a positive team environment and work professionally and effectively with team members, leaders, contractors and other stakeholders.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

· The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and maintain performance under pressure.

· Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.

· Sound knowledge of maintenance systems, preventative maintenance practices and equipment reliability.

· A strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance.

· A continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive operational performance.
