The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced section waiters/waitresses and Bartender to join our FOH team in Lotus. If you are professional, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment, we want to hear from you.

Section Waiter / Waitress:

- Previous experience managing your own section in a high-end or busy restaurant
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, professional approach
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service,



including wine and cocktails
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Mandarin-speaking a plus
- Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights

Bartender:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a cocktail bar or busy restaurant bar
- Confidence making classic cocktails independently
- Strong organisation and attention to detail during busy service
- A reliable, cooperative approach to working with the floor team
- A current NSW RSA and valid Australian working rights
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
