We are a busy pizza & takeaway store looking for an experienced Manager / Supervisor to lead our customer service team and oversee daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage UberEats, Menulog & phone orders
- Lead & supervise staff during shifts
- Ensure orders are accurate & charged correctly
- Handle customer enquiries & complaints
- Keep store clean, organised & professional
Requirements
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (non-negotiable)
- Experience in management / team leading (hospitality or retail)
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Reliable, organised & able to work under pressure
- Confident using POS, UberEats & Menulog
