As a Casual Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes as part of our bustling kitchen operation.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes to the highest standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely service
- Maintain a clean, protected and organised work environment in line with food safety regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and menu development
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to any special requests or dietary requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a similar fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
- Excellent culinary skills and a keen eye for food presentation
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to work effectively in a busy kitchen
- A passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A demonstrated commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
