PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Fairfield

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Fairfield who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What you will do

Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Follow our coaching and admin systems.



Help prospective clients understand the training offer.

How we support you

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
