We bring together independent brands, designers, artists and makers across fashion, jewellery, accessories, art, lifestyle and gifting — creating a constantly evolving space where customers can discover something new.

Beyond retail, aionot will also host creative workshops, events and in-store experiences, bringing customers and brands together in new ways.

The Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of the team bringing the aionot experience to life.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, introduce them to products and brands,



provide personalised recommendations, support sales and maintain a polished and inspiring store environment.

You’ll also have opportunities to support new product launches, workshops, events and other in-store experiences as aionot continues to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has natural commercial instinct and knows how to create a memorable customer experience without making it feel like a hard sell.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who bring energy, professionalism and personality to the store.

l A passion for building relationships, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences

l A proactive approach to sales and confidence engaging with customers

l Solid English communication skills — additional languages are an advantage

l Experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, entertainment, events or other guest-facing roles

l Positive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment

l Reliable, punctual and responsible and a strong team player who can also work independently

l Comfortable learning about a wide variety of products and brand stories

l Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods

Previous retail experience is valued, but attitude, communication skills and sales potential matter just as much to us.
