Hawker Bar, Adelaide Airport's Retailer of the Year, and its sister venue Nom Nom Vietnamese bring bold Southeast Asian and Vietnamese flavours to thousands of travellers every day. Both venues are part of TAG Hospitality Group, which has operated restaurants since 1996 across Melbourne and Adelaide.

We're looking for a hands-on Front of House Supervisor / Team Leader to run the floor across both venues. The airport is fast-paced and high-volume, and the work is never dull.

About the role

- Lead and motivate the FOH team across Hawker Bar and Nom Nom
- Run shifts: opening and closing, rosters on the day, breaks and floor allocation
- Deliver fast, friendly service to travellers on tight schedules
- Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service flowing during peak flight times
- Assist with stock movement: receiving deliveries, moving stock between storage and venues, stock rotation (FIFO), transfers between venues and regular stocktakes
- Handle cash-up, POS and venue presentation
- Train and support current team members
- Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally

About you

- A genuine team player who leads by example and jumps in wherever needed
- Strong at multi-tasking in a busy, high-volume environment
- An all-rounder who is comfortable on the floor, the register,



the bar and behind the scenes with stock
- Physically able to assist with stock handling and deliveries
- Available across early mornings through to evenings, including weekends and public holidays, to match airport operating hours
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality or QSR
- RSA required (or willing to obtain)
- Able to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and pass the associated background check
- Full Australian working rights
- Barista skills are a bonus. Our new Venue will have a coffee bar for the early mornings, so experience behind a machine will be an asset. Training is available.
