About the Opportunity A quick-growing, founder-led digital agency is adding a Senior Paid Media Specialist. Google and Meta advertising is its fastest-growing service line, and the team is expanding to keep up with demand. You’ll join a small, collaborative group of specialists who are trusted to run their own accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Managing Google and Meta campaigns across a varied portfolio, including builds, optimisation, pacing and performance reporting
- Taking ownership of a book of accounts and proactively identifying where to scale, test and improve
- Briefing the design team on ad creative and the content team on social video and reels
- Working closely with account managers to turn performance insights into client updates and strategy
- Supporting tracking set-up and debugging (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events) and mentoring more junior specialists

What You’ll Bring

- Strong hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally in an agency environment
- Confidence managing a large volume of accounts at a fast pace
- A solid working knowledge of tracking fundamentals, including Google Tag Manager and pixel set-up
- Clear communication skills for working across design, content and account management
- The ability to talk through your campaign decisions, results and optimisations in detail

Package and Location

- Base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
- Hybrid working
