What's your role?

- Manage projects in our health category delivering to customer briefs
- Research, bench development and customer concept presentations
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
- Search suitable ingredients, recipes and formulations
- Modify existing products and processes and develop new ones
- Research market and trends, work on proactive opportunities




- Prepare product costing based on raw materials, manufacturing costs
- Calculate nutritionals using FoodWorks
- Coordinate launches of new products and running trials
- On-site role Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm at Derrimut.

What you'll bring to the role.

- A degree in food science
- Demonstrated work experience in a food product development role
- Experience in health food formulation, sports nutrition advantageous
- Cooking skills, creativity, able to develop flavour profiles
- A genuine passion for food and trends, contributes ideas to the team
- Sound knowledge of food regulations, legislation and safety.
