We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Delivery team and lead the successful execution of complex digital, data and technology programs.

The Opportunity

This role is suited to a senior delivery professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple workstreams, balancing agile delivery practices with robust programme governance and stakeholder management. You'll be equally comfortable running sprint-based delivery teams as you are managing larger project plans, dependencies, risks and executive reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex digital, data and technology programmes.
- Managing agile delivery teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Driving programme governance, including RAID management, status reporting, steering committees and executive updates.
- Building and maintaining delivery plans, managing dependencies and identifying risks before they impact delivery.
- Working closely with clients, data teams,



strategists and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Managing scope, budgets, forecasts, resourcing and commercial performance.
- Facilitating workshops, planning sessions and decision-making forums.
- Creating clarity across multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining delivery quality and pace.
- Continuously improving delivery processes, ways of working and team effectiveness.

About You

- 7+ years' experience leading complex project, programme or delivery initiatives.
- Strong experience delivering work in Agile environments, including sprint-based delivery models.
- Demonstrated experience managing programme governance, RAID registers, status reporting and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across technology, data, digital or transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, resource management and financial oversight.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex delivery challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior client and executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Workbook or similar platforms.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, PRINCE2 or PMP are advantageous but not essential.
