About the role

We're seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage our front desk and customer experience, while also taking care of parts identification, ordering and stock control. You'll be the link between our customers, technicians and suppliers — keeping jobs booked accurately, parts flowing, and the workshop running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and liaise with customers in person, by phone and by email
- Book and schedule jobs, allocating work based on technician capabilities
- Prepare accurate quotes and obtain customer authorisation
- Identify and source correct parts using catalogues, schematics, VIN/engine numbers and OEM databases
- Place and track purchase orders, and manage supplier relationships
- Maintain stock levels, run stocktakes, and manage warranty returns
- Create accurate job cards, invoices and service records
- Provide technicians with clear instructions and ensure parts are available when required

About you

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator and/or Parts Interpreter (automotive, heavy vehicle,



transport or diesel industry highly regarded)
- Confident using job management, booking and parts ordering systems
- Excellent communication skills, with a genuine customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Current driver's licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
