An exciting chance has become available at our Lake Munmorah Public School. We are recruiting a Service Manager. At TASK we strive to create joyful, secure, and inclusive child safe environments where children flourish outside school hours. This is a permanent, full-time Service Manager role offering 38 hours per week, consisting primarily of split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You'll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top-tier support to children and their families.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators at your school

- Building strong relationships with families and the school community

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care and vacation care

- Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies

- Working closely with your Area Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties

- Creating a fun, inclusive, enriching and safe environment for children

What we're looking for:

You're a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:

- Experience in OOSH, childcare or education, with leadership experience a bonus
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Completion certificate for Foundations of Child Safety Training (GECCKO)

- First Aid (HLTAID012) and CPR

- Current child protection training
- A commitment to putting child safety and families first
