Antal International is recruiting an Agricultural Service Manager for an international manufacturer of agricultural and construction machinery with an established presence in Australia.

The role focuses on coordinating agricultural machinery servicing and repairs, supporting technicians and ensuring customers receive reliable after-sales support.

Responsibilities

- Plan and prioritise machinery servicing, repairs and technical support requests.
- Coordinate workshop and field-service activities.
- Support technicians with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault diagnosis.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and equipment availability.
- Coordinate parts requirements and support warranty claim processing.
- Maintain accurate service records and monitor repair quality and turnaround times.
- Identify technician training needs and support technical development.
- Promote safe working practices and recommend improvements to service delivery.
- Work with sales and technical colleagues on equipment preparation, handovers and customer support.

What we’re looking for





- Experience servicing agricultural machinery, ideally within an OEM, dealership or distributor.
- Experience coordinating technicians, workshop operations or field-service activities.
- A relevant mechanical trade qualification or equivalent technical background.
- Robust mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with parts coordination, warranty processes and service documentation.
- Good organisational and communication skills, with confidence managing customer expectations.
- A suitable driving licence and willingness to undertake customer visits.

Service Technician opportunity

Candidates with less management experience but strong hands-on agricultural machinery servicing and repair skills are also welcome to apply. You may be considered for a separate Agricultural Service Technician position in Melbourne, with an indicated salary range of AUD 100,000–140,000, subject to confirmation of the full package.
