We're currently seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our Perth team and play a key role in leading our technicians, driving operational performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

About The Role

Reporting to the Group Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

You Will

- Lead, mentor and support a team of workshop and field service technicians
- Allocate and coordinate work to maximise productivity and customer outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
- Manage customer communications regarding repairs, maintenance and machine downtime
- Monitor job progress,



labour efficiency and service performance
- Coordinate warranty repairs and service administration processes
- Work closely with the Parts team to ensure timely availability of components
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the branch

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Service Supervisor, Leading Hand or Service Management role
- Strong mechanical knowledge, ideally within construction, agricultural, mining, transport or heavy equipment industries
- Trade qualification in a mechanical field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to safety and continuous improvement
