Sydney Tools Fyshwick is proudly our busiest store in the country, and we are searching for proactive, highly motivated individual to join our high-performing team as a Retail Sales Specialist.

A REWARDING, RELATIONSHIP-DRIVEN ROLE

At its core, this role is all about customer connection. Your day-to-day focus is clear: greet our customers with a welcoming attitude, ask the right questions to understand their tool, accessory, and PPE needs, and follow up to make sure they're completely happy with their purchase. You aren't just ringing up sales; you are a trusted advisor building long-term relationships with local trades and DIYers.
