IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Full time Demi Chef to prepare dishes for our à la carte Riverside Kitchen, delivering quality, flavor and presentation. You will maintain hygiene, stock control, and smooth kitchen operations while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a commercial kitchen, with hotel experience preferred, and hold Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts qualifications along with Food Safety certification.
