Lorna Jane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Tea Tree Plaza outlet in Australia. You will support the Store Manager, coach the 3IC and sales team, and keep the store running on point in a fast-paced outlet workplace.

Ideal candidates have experience in retail fashion or activewear, a proven ability to lead by example, and a drive to hit weekly targets while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a fixed roster with weekends and competitive base pay with incentives.
