We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and reliable Full-Time Chef to join our team at a motel and caravan park in Cardwell, Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys preparing quality meals, maintaining high food standards, and working in a friendly hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals to a high standard.
- Plan menus and assist with menu development.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food preparation, stock control, and ordering.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver excellent customer service.

About You

- Relevant cooking qualifications and/or proven experience as a chef.
- Robust knowledge of food preparation,



cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for food.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
