Insulation Installer- Learn a Trade & Build Your Skills

Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn practical trade skills, work in different environments and build a genuine career in the construction industry?

4 Seasons Insulation is looking for motivated people to join our installation team. No two days are exactly the same, and this role involves much than simply installing insulation batts.

You’ll work alongside experienced installers and learn a broad range of skills across residential and commercial projects, including ceiling, wall and underfloor insulation, pump-in insulation systems, insulation removal and upgrades, roofing access, cutting and coring gyprock, brick removal and reinstatement, working with different building materials, and safely using a range of power tools and equipment.

If you already have construction or trade experience, we’re interested in the skills you can bring. If you’re younger or new to the industry but reliable, practical and willing to learn, we can provide hands-on training and help you develop your skills on the job.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to work towards becoming a qualified/licensed insulation installer, giving you a recognised skill set and a pathway to greater responsibility and earning potential.

- What You’ll Do

- Install a range of insulation products across residential and commercial projects.
- Products include; Batts (Glasswool and Polyester) and pump in cellulose materials
- We also need skills not just installing insulation. We do brick removals, core gyprock, lift roof sheeting and work on Flat or raked roofs. Having skills in this area is valuable.
- Work alongside experienced supervisors and installers in a team-driven environment.
- Represent our company on-site with professionalism, reliability, and pride.

- What We’re Looking For

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- White Card (required).
- Driver’s license Essential.
- Previous trade or construction experience helpful, but not required – we’ll train the right people.
