Kitchen Positions Available — Chefs de Partie, Cooks and Kitchen Hands

Eastbank Café | Searock Grill | Bennie’s Bistro | New Venue Opening December 2026

With three established venues—Eastbank Café, Searock Grill and Bennie’s Bistro—and a new venue opening in December 2026, we are recruiting for multiple kitchen positions across our venues:

- Chefs de Partie
- Cooks
- Kitchen Hands

We welcome local applicants, students and working holiday visa holders, with full-time, part time and casual opportunities available.

About the Roles

Chefs de Partie
Manage your allocated section, prepare and present quality dishes, maintain consistency during service and support junior team members. Previous experience in a similar role and relevant cookery qualifications are highly regarded.

Cooks
Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating while maintaining quality, portion control and kitchen organisation. Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen is preferred.

Kitchen Hands
Support the kitchen with dishwashing, cleaning, basic food preparation and stock handling. Previous experience is helpful, but a reliable attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic are essential.
