Panini Brothers is an iconic South Australian institution renowned for our extensive Italian home style breads, pizza, focaccia, bakery and continental cake offering.

We are seeking reliable and experienced pizza makers to work accross a 7 day roster.

You will assist our bakers and help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key responsibilities include;

-Dough Preparation, mix, scale, proof and hand stretch pizzas to standard

- Food Preparation, ready ingredients, manage stock rotation

-Service execution, top pizzas consistently under high volume pressure

What we are looking for;

- Proven experience working as a Pizza Maker, Pizzaiolo, or line cook in a commercial kitchen

- Confidence in stretching dough and managing service flow

- Availability to work early mornings and weekends typically 4am til 11am 5 days a week
