About Us

BCI Bespoke Cabinetry Interiors is a custom cabinet making company specialising in commercial and residential projects. We are a fully integrated design and construct business, with in-house Architects, Draftspeople, Estimators, Schedulers, Supervisors and Project Managers all under one roof.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator/Scheduler to price our cabinetry projects accurately and keep them moving smoothly from quote to completion. You’ll work closely with our design, project management and workshop teams, and play a key part in winning work and delivering it profitably.

What You Will Be Doing

- Preparing detailed cost estimates for cabinetmaking projects, factoring in materials, labour and equipment
- Working with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing
- Analysing specifications and project documentation to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Developing clear reports, quotes and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Planning and scheduling projects so workshop production,



material orders and installs line up
- Staying across industry trends, regulations and best practice so our estimates are compliant and competitive
- Supporting our full cabinet making team and collaborating with colleagues across the business

What We’re Looking For

- A qualification in Cabinet Making, or relevant experience with cabinets
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction
- A qualification in Project Management, or relevant experience
- Proficiency in a cabinet software package, plus a scheduling tool
- 2 years’ experience in estimating and scheduling (required)
- Strong written and spoken English
