Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Tweed Heads South

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Tweed Heads South. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week,



about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

The role

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
