About the Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead the department in delivering a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
Embed inclusive, socially just practices and maintain high expectations for student and staff performance.
Promote lifelong learning,
professional development and continuous improvement.
Build effective partnerships with students, parents, government agencies and community groups.
Apply relevant legislation and policies, adopt a strategic, future-focused approach, and manage departmental resources effectively.
