Life Caring WA is looking for a reliable, compassionate and motivated Casual Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.
About the role:
- Supporting a young female participant in her daily routine and within the community
- Assisting with morning routines, getting ready for school and school drop-offs
- Building rapport and providing companionship
- Engaging in fun, meaningful and age-appropriate activities
- Encouraging social participation, independence and community access
- Providing a protected, positive and supportive environment
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Reliable, caring and proactive attitude
Experience in disability support is preferred but not essential. The right attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn are what matter most.
Please note: Due to the participant's individual support needs and preferences, we are seeking female applicants for this particular role.
