Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Banksmeadow

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Banksmeadow, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What the role involves

- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Hours you need to be free
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
