What You’ll Be Doing

We’re bringing together Compare the Market and iSelect to build a unified, best-in-class technology platform, and we’re looking for a Senior Martech Engineer to help shape our customer data, marketing technology, and digital measurement capabilities.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver integrations across our Martech ecosystem, connecting marketing, customer, analytics, and data platforms to enable accurate measurement, audience activation, personalisation, and insight generation. Working across CDPs, CRM platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, and emerging AI-driven channels, you’ll help ensure data is reliable, scalable, and actionable.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to deliver practical solutions, improve data quality, and establish best practices across integration, privacy, governance, and measurement.

- Design, build, and optimise integrations across marketing, customer, analytics, and data platforms.
- Deliver scalable data collection, measurement, and activation capabilities across digital and AI-enabled channels.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Martech solutions.
- Improve data quality, privacy, governance,



and customer identity capabilities across the Martech ecosystem.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, reliability, and automation.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and the ongoing evolution of our Martech and data capabilities.

What Sets You Apart

Technical Qualifications, Experience & Capability

- 5+ years' experience in Martech, digital analytics, customer data, integration engineering, or a related field, including experience in a senior technical role.
- Experience delivering integrations, APIs, event tracking, and data pipelines across customer and marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CDPs, CRM platforms, analytics, marketing automation, and digital measurement technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python, with experience working on cloud data platforms.
- Understanding of customer identity, privacy, consent management, data governance, and emerging AI-enabled customer experiences.
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
