About the Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants, on a casual basis, to join the team at Kings Cross Hotel.

This is a hands-on pub hospitality role, working across bar and floor service. From pouring drinks and taking orders to running meals and keeping service areas looking their best, you’ll help deliver a great experience for every guest.

Availability for late-night and weekend shifts is essential, with some weekday availability also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across the venue
- Take food and drink orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages in line with responsible service standards
- Run meals, clear tables and assist guests throughout their visit
- Keep bars, tables and service areas clean, stocked and well presented
- Assist with venue setup, pack-down and opening or closing duties
- Work closely with the kitchen,



bar and wider venue team during busy service periods

About You:

- Previous experience in a pub, bar or food and beverage role
- Current NSW RSA
- Versatile availability
- Confident communicating with guests and delivering friendly customer service
- Reliable, energetic and willing to help wherever needed
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
