Ormeggio at The Spit in Mosman is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join Ormeggio 3.0. Working with the Executive Chef and senior kitchen team, you will deliver refined Italian dishes and help evolve the menu while upholding the venue's Two Chef Hats standard.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in a fine dining kitchen, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, fluent English and full Australian working rights. Experience with fresh pasta, seafood, and premium meat is preferred.
